His creativity has withered until a determined journalist, arrives, hoping to reignite his passion. As they explore his memories, the clock ticks down on his declining health and the changing world outside. Together, they embark on a race against time to create one last masterpiece

Drops of acid rain start to eat up the city, the radio frequencies, Hala’s skin and Taher’s thoughts. This play is about a couple, Taher and Hala, who spend their evening sharing ghostly stories about life, history, and their neighbors, as their city gets drenched by acid rain.

Touched bodies realise their own skin. That which separates us is clear. I eat my home's flesh: I wear my mother's skin. I shed my lover's, for it feels unfamiliar. Ecdysis. Ecdysis till no skin on bone. Ecdysis till only flesh. Ecdysis till all is warm. I can build home again.

SMITTEN

Smitten revolves around a lover who finds himself obsessed with conserving his partners. The play reveals his very last encounter with a woman who, just as smitten, proves to be as twisted as he is.

MISSING
